Startups will be selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of business potential, innovation, growth strategy, and team capabilities.

Ineligible Applicants
- Prospective founders who have not yet completed business registration
- Startup companies in relevant fields with over 7 years of operation
※ New industry startups are eligible if within 10 years of establishment - Companies whose representative has changed during the recruitment period, or those currently suspended or closed
- Items that infringe or are likely to infringe on others’ patents or intellectual property rights
※ All civil and criminal liabilities arising from IP infringement will be borne solely by the participating company - Items involved in ongoing patent disputes related to intellectual property
- Individuals or companies with unpaid national/local taxes, or with loan default records at financial institutions
- Individuals or companies under financial default restrictions
- Cases where another party’s ideas/technology were plagiarized, or submitted documents were falsified
- Companies restricted from participating in government-supported programs or under related sanctions
